Easily integrated into the designated lugs of your fire pit, our Smoking Plank Holder provides an innovative solution for smoking fish. This holder features a stainless steel clamp that securely holds a wooden board above your fire pit, creating the ideal environment for curing fish fillets with smoke.

Crafted from premium British steel, the holder offers three adjustable positions, allowing you to find the optimal angle for suspending your fish above the flames. It also includes a thoughtfully designed groove to channel away juices, minimizing flare-ups and ensuring your smoked salmon is cooked to perfection. The board can be conveniently replaced should it become excessively charred.

To use, simply detach the stainless steel clamp from the board, position your fish fillet in the holder, reattach the clamp, and then slide the board into place over your fire pit. Enjoy a professional smoking experience with ease and reliability.
