Delivery & Returns
We're delighted to offer delivery services to customers within the mainland United Kingdom. However, please note that at this time, we are unable to provide deliveries to Northern Ireland. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you're located in the mainland UK, you can proceed with your order and enjoy our reliable delivery service. For any inquiries or assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Delivery Options:
We are pleased to offer additional delivery options for selected products, see below for information on the various options. These options will be displayed on the product pages and be available to select within the cart.
Free Delivery Service: We provide complimentary 2 Man Delivery to most UK mainland areas, with some exceptions in Scotland. Our free service entails direct delivery to your garden, along with a courtesy call from your delivery driver 30 minutes prior to their arrival, ensuring you're well-prepared. For those residing in remote areas, kindly reach out to us to confirm delivery feasibility before placing your order. Please be aware that packaging removal is not part of this service.
Packaging Removal Service: A two man team will bring your order straight to your garden, and even haul away the packaging, sparing you a trek to the dump. Leave the heavy lifting to us! Plus, anticipate a courtesy call from your delivery driver 30 minutes prior to their arrival, ensuring you're in the loop about their ETA.
Emerald Assembly Service: The Emerald Assembly Service will deliver directly to your garden, assembling your new order and even taking away your packaging! You'll also receive a call from your delivery driver 30 minutes before they're due to arrive, so you will know when to expect them.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched if applicable to the product, otherwise your delivery time will be arranged via a phone call. Our current delivery times are approx. 5 to 10 days. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@evergreenchef.co.uk so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@evergreenchef.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
