Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We only deliver to mainland UK at the moment.
Can I return the product if I'm not happy?
Yes, as long as you're looking to return within the first 30 days and the product is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch if this criteria is not met and you're still not happy with the product.
Can you take away my old outdoor cooking equipment?
Not yet, we're looking at developing a service for this as it's been requested by a number of our customers.
Which type of equipment is best for general barbecuing?
If you're looking for a good all-rounder we can suggest a couple of options depending on your price range. Best to look at our 'Featured' tab on the main menu and select the appropriate option, by price or perhaps 'Top Rated'. For more specific types of grills take a look through the other various menus for inspiration. Alternatively get in touch with us via the online chat.
