Unevenness that is irrelevant to the function of the product, differences in the colour of the enamel or minor flaws such as production-related contact points on the lower edge of the lid or on the suspension are not considered defects. Reasonable technical and design deviations from the information in brochures, catalogues and written documents, as well as model, construction and material changes in the course of technical progress and further development also do not represent a defect in the performance or the product and therefore do not justify a guarantee case.
In the event of a justified warranty claim, OUTDOORCHEF will decide at its own discretion whether the damaged or defective parts will be repaired or replaced, or the product as a whole will be replaced. In the event of an exchange, OUTDOORCHEF is entitled, at its own discretion, to offer the customer a comparable model from OUTDOORCHEF, e.g. for a successor model. Insofar as the functionality of the product is not impaired by a defect, the customer can also be offered appropriate financial compensation instead of repair or exchange/replacement.
In any case, the guarantee is limited to the value of the purchase price of the product purchased by the customer.
